Record-Breaking Year for FBG Gift Cards – Over 5 Million SEK in Sales in 2025
The sales of FBG gift cards continue to grow impressively. In 2025, gift cards were sold for a total of 5,014,975 SEK, an increase of 545,477 SEK compared to 2024. The strong performance was particularly notable during the peak season, with November and December together reaching 2,760,440 SEK.
Holiday Shopping Trends
The holiday shopping for gift cards begins early in November, primarily through corporate orders. In December, sales are boosted by purchases from private individuals, companies, and associations.
December Highlights
December 2025 stands out as the strongest month in the gift card’s history (excluding the pandemic year 2020). During this month, sales reached 1,938,525 SEK, with 3,480 gift cards activated. The average amount for the entire year sits at 614 SEK per gift card.
