September is here, and autumn is officially upon us, right? Or can we still hope summer will linger a bit longer? Regardless of the season, Skövde offers a wide array of events to enjoy. From arena shows and stand-up comedy to handball matches and cycling races.

Health Day (Friskvårdens dag)
Date: September 7th
Location: Billingen Leisure Area
Description: Meet local associations, try various activities, and enjoy refreshments in the magnificent environment of Billingen mountain. This event attracts thousands of visitors annually, featuring a dedicated walking trail around Åsbotorpsjön, starting and ending at the large parking area.
Hagenloppet
Date: September 13th
Location: Billingen, Skövde
Description: Walk, jog, or run one or two laps on a 4.4 km track. A children’s race is also available for the youngest participants.
Nordic Freestyle Show
Date: September 20th
Location: Arena Skövde
Description: Experience Scandinavia’s wildest jump show featuring world-class Freestyle MTB and motocross stars. Athletes like Marcus Dubois, Max Fredrikström, and Alex Alanko will perform spectacular tricks with high energy.
Concert Evening with Ernman, Tolstoy & Ahlin
Date: September 26th
Location: Skövde Cultural Center
Description: Enjoy a memorable concert featuring opera star and Melodifestival winner Malena Ernman, multi-instrumentalist Tina Ahlin, and jazz star Viktoria Tolstoy.
Rainbow Week (Regnbågsveckan)
Date: September 22-28th
Location: Downtown Skövde
Description: A packed week of lectures, workshops, concerts, and pride parade. The most colorful week of the year is here!
