Why ”Ping”?
Destination Jönköping chose the name ”Ping” because it relates to something quick, short, and attention-grabbing. It also references ”pinging” to locate a physical or virtual place. Additionally, it’s a wordplay on ”Jönkö-Ping”.
The micro-podcast production is partially funded by the Johan Adolf Malmsten Memorial Fund.
