Restaurant Week ”Taste the City” Continues to Attract New Restaurant Owners in Skövde
From February 16-19, Skövde will host its Restaurant Week ”Taste the City”, where local restaurants come together to offer exceptional value menus and special deals, aiming to showcase the city’s diverse culinary landscape.
Record Participation and Exciting Offerings
This year marks a record with twelve participating restaurants, offering everything from full menu discounts to specialized dishes and curated three-course meals.
”We have many great restaurants in Skövde with a wide range of offerings. This really shows during Restaurant Week. I encourage Skövde residents to dare and try a new restaurant – who knows, you might find a new favorite,” says Emma Edqvist, destination developer at Skövde Citysamverkan/Next Skövde.
New Restaurants Join the Event
The event’s largest edition to date welcomes three new restaurants: Chik Chak, Sur Lie Bar, and El Taco Perez.
”Restaurant Week is a fantastic initiative to help more people discover the city’s breadth of culinary experiences. For us restaurant owners, it’s an opportunity to showcase what we want our establishment to represent,” says Eddy Lundqvist, owner of Sur Lie Bar and Lilla Krogen.
