Sommartorpet 2026: Your Chance to Test Your Business Idea at Skrea Strand
Destination Falkenberg is offering local entrepreneurs a unique opportunity to test their business ideas at one of the most popular summer destinations – Skrea Strand. Through the Sommartorpet 2026 initiative, participants can combine entrepreneurship with creating a vibrant meeting place for both locals and visitors.
Last Year’s Success Story
In summer 2025, Ebbe Iseborn ran his company Firenze at Sommartorpet. Inspired by his time in Florence, he served freshly made schiacciata sandwiches with high-quality ingredients. The response was overwhelming, and he now plans to open a permanent establishment in central Falkenberg.
2026 Opportunity Details
Destination Falkenberg is seeking a new entrepreneur for summer 2026. The business should align with one of the destination company’s theme areas: food, nature, or culture. Located at Klittervägen 19, Sommartorpet offers a charming garden with high visitor traffic during summer months.
”We want to provide space for new ideas that enrich the summer in Falkenberg. Last year’s pilot was incredibly successful, and we look forward to developing the concept further,” says Åsa Bengtsson, project manager at Destination Falkenberg.
